Property description
This villa is situated directly underneith teh ruins of the ancient city of Phellos in a picturesque vally behind the fishing village of Kas. This is definately a 'get away from it all' property near the traditional turkish village of Çukurbag where life continues as it has for generations but the shops.bars and restaurants of Kas are only a 10 min. drive away. The villa is built in a very traditional style of the local village houses but with modern comforts. The whole house is filled with european and turkisch antiques and every room has beamed wooden cieling and wooden floors. Local ceder wood has been used throug out and the internal doors on the ground floor are all reclaimed from old turkish houses.

| Location description | The Village Çukurbag is in valley wich is about 400-700 meter high, because of its position there is even on the hotest times always a small wind and its almost cooler than Kas at the seaside. Driving on the asphalt it takes just ten minutes down to the town. On the east side of the house there are the only neibourgh you can see, a couple living with their dogs.On the south side wich cant bee seen from the villa there is the second neibourg, on the west side there is an old left house in ca. 15.000 m2 garden full of almound trees, on the nord side the Villa Kurt is the last and the highest house, so there is no building and on the top of the mountains there is the ancient city of Phellos. |
