The apartment has a big furnished terrace and outdoor shower. The pool will be used together with the owners of the house, who are living on the first floor. Parking lot at the house. To get up to Gioiosa Marea with its shopping possibilities it is about 700 m. Up to the sandy and cliffy beach it is about 200 m.

Pets are not allowed.
