In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house, except in winter 40 m. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Tatranska. Lomnice" 16 km. Ski lift 100 m. Ski resorts of Bachledova dolina and Jezersko, (10 km downhill) also accessible by ski from the house (500 m). Parking in winter for a fee of 40 SK per car per day (snow chains necessary).
