Sun-drenched holiday home close to Noto, in close proximity to some of Sicilys beautiful beaches. This ground floor property is furnished in an attractive and colourful way. There is a private terrace and parking place. Guests share use of the 200m2 courtyard with the owners. Several of the surrounding places (within a radius of 6 to 40 km) are worth a detour: towns displaying the Sicilian Baroque style of architecture (Noto, Modica, Palazzolo, Scicli, Ragusa, Catania), major archaeological sites (Syracuse, Eloro, Megara) and the natural parks (Vendicari, Cava Grande di Avola, its canyons and lakes, not forgetting Pantalica).

Tips from the owner:
To enjoy your holiday to the fullest, I recommend renting a car to visit the near places. There is Noto (UNESCO site), at a kilometer of distance, capital of the Baroque culture, simply splendid. In half hour you ca reach Syracuse (UNESCO site), where you can see the Greek theater and the archaeological site area, the Museum "Paolo Orsi" ( very interesting and interantionally renowned ), or the island of Ortigia, a good place also for evening excursions and where you can also try out local food specialties in a large amount of typical restaurants to choose from; simply walking for the streets of Ortigia can be a gorgeous experience, adventuring through its little narrow street filled or baroque sculptures and building facades. There are also little mountain-side towns tha can be reached in about a hour, places of the likes of Buccheri, Buscemi, and Palazzolo, where you will find museums, good typical eatery and the "Val Di Anapo" valley. There also are various natural resorts, the Natural Reserves, the little ponds of sweet water in "Cava Grande" (Avola Antica 14km), the splendid beaches in the reserve Calamosca and Eloro resorts(Calamosca 10km, Eloro 8km), the slushes, reachable in less than half hour from Casa Zisola. Very interesting also the other Baroque cities: Scicli, Ragusa, Modica (UNESCO sites). You can visit the volcano Etna (86), its observatory and park,and its magnificent scenarios. If you prefer the relax, Casa Zisola offers wide spaces, green, garden, porch, barbeque, maximum privacy because the casa zisola is not a village but a stand-alone property, where you can also enjoy the pleasure of tastingopur various cultivated biological products. Becouse is difficult find the house for the first time, I raccomend to call at my Mobile Telephone when you arrive in Noto, I will bring at home.
