Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with small bar. Shower, sep. WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Bath/WC. Large terrace 40 m2 partly covered, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Nice view of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's highchair, cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 dogs accepted. The TV is a 107cm Flatscreen TV with DVD and 5.1 Sound System. The bath on the top floor is a large corner bath. All windows have mosquito nets. There is a filter coffee and Senseo machine in the kitchen.

Szabadifurdo 4 km from Siofok: Nice, cosy villa. 4 km from the centre of Siofok, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: grounds (fenced), nice garden, lawn sunning area, swimming pool angular (3 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, 15.05.-15.09.). In the house: store for bicycles, central heating, burglar alarm. Parking by the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Siofok-Szabadifurdo" 1 km, thermal baths 1.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: railway line closeby. The "Surfbeach" is 10 minutes on foot from the house. It is one of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing beaches in Hungary and it's free! The "Aranypart" and "Coca Cola Beach House" are 3.5 km away. The "Galerius" adventure baths are 1.5 km away and easy to reach on foot. The other 4* property with swimming pool (HU8600.910.1) is 100 m away from the house and is also suitable for 8 people, the 2 houses are ideal for several families booking together.
