Property description
The cottage was renovated in the mid 2011 new. It is situated in a quiet terraced housing estate 100m from the sea-Samui. The beach is about 800m. And anyway, everything is what you want to achieve within 5-15 minutes. Whether it's sports activities, restaurants, markets and "Night Life". A car is not absolutely necessary. In our small front yard, you can expect a little oasis, with plenty of green plants and flowers and a waterfall with fish pond. A dimmable lighting and furniture made of teak and hammock and barbecue invites you to linger. There are different types of meals offered daily at the front door, the papaya salad sharp-over roast chicken with sticky rice to various Thai dishes. We have eaten every day by these flying food stalls. There was never upset stomach or something similar. The food is freshly prepared, are very delicate and also very cheap. The materials for the further expansion of the Cottage were imported from Germany and installed by specialist companies. A private well provides 99% water, which during the summer months (February - June) from the public water system cannot be claimed. There is, especially in the summer months, often there is a risk the water shortage, caused by very low rainfall, the water by tankers from the mainland to Samui is transported. Our well water is tested at regular intervals in Germany. It is still better than the tap water in our home town of Darmstadt. However, it should not be used for drinking. Wash and brush your teeth has never represented a problem for us.
