Property description
Dieses für das Sörland typische Haus liegt auf der Halbinsel Spind, die zur Farsund Kommune gehört. Spind ist umgeben vom Lyngdalfjord, Spindfjord und der schönen Schärenlandschaft Farsunds.
Das gemütliche Haus wurde ca. 1700 gebaut und seit 2000 fortlaufend renoviert, letztmalig 2008. Es liegt sehr ruhig, in sonniger Lage auf einem großen Grundstück und ist ca. 300 m von einem fischreichen privaten Binnensee und ca. 800 m von den Schären vor Farsund entfernt. Es hat auch nach der Renovierung seinen alten Charme behalten. So befindet sich eine offene Feuerstelle in der Küche, die ihr ein besonderes Flair gibt. Dort wurden in den alten Tagen nicht nur gekocht, sondern auch Brot gebacken.
In Espeland lässt sich ruhiger und dennoch abwechslungsreicher Urlaub machen. Schnell ist man am Wasser zum Angeln, um Bootstouren oder schöne Wanderungen zu machen. Nach Farsund mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur 8 km.
Etwa 100 m vom Haus entfernt befinden sich ein öffentlicher Spielplatz, sowie ein kleiner Bolzplatz, so dass auch Kinder hier sehr viel Spaß finden werden.
