The Il Borgo Residential Complex has 47 apartments. It is surrounded by a luxuriant garden resplendent with swaying palms. The complex is 50 metres above sea level and just 800 metres from the beach and sea. The apartments are simple and attractively furnished. The residential complex is in the elegant town of Tortoreto. The town has many villas in Liberty Style (Art Nouveau in Italy) and plenty of lush greenery. There is a three kilometre wide, well kept beach with a tree-lined boulevard and a cycle path. You can reach Tortoreto Alta, a medieval hamlet 227 metres above sea level, along an olive grove lined road from Tortoreto Lido. The hamlet is in a wonderful position and enjoys superb views of the coast, the Salinello Valley, the town of Vibrata and the Gran Sasso Mountain.
