The three moorish bungalows of Villa la Noria all of them let via this site are situated in a quiet high-class suburban district on the Playa Romántica aprox. 3/4 of an hour away from the airport. The smart small village of Playa Romántica is located on the eastern coast of Mallorca about 5 km south of Porto Cristo. From the bungalows you can get to the sand beach in about 5 min to go. On the Playa Romántica there are restaurants, supermarkets, several bus stops and car hire services. The bungalows are situated within a parklike subtropical garden of 1200 square metres which can not be looked into with a large outside swimming-pool (10 x 6 m), an outside shower an large sun-terraces. The bungalows are very well-kept and suitable furnished. At the pit-face you are attended by our caretaker who will be at your disposal for all probable questions. Bungalow La Noria 03: aprox. 75 m², dining / sitting-room, separate kitchen with oven, dish-washer and microwave, 2 bedrooms with ceiling ventilators, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, central oil heating, TV-Sat, large roofed furnished terrace. A cot can be placed free of charge at your disposal. Bed-linen will be supplied once per object. Towels will be changed weekly. In addition you can get more services directly from our caretaker.
