This property is a small paradise directly overlooking the sea, with a Mediterranean garden, shady trees and flowering bushes of numerous kinds, lawns, and stone patios. It is located directly on the seafront in Nea Makri, 30 km from Athens, and is a 10 min drive to Rafina port from where you can visit by ship several islands (e.g. Mykonos, Paros, Andros etc). Coffee shops and restaurants are 400 metres from the property. There are two villas on the property, and great care has been taken to ensure the mutual privacy of each villa. This gorgeous villa, built/remodelled in 1999, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/WC, a spacious living room with dining area, and an eat-in kitchen. You can also enjoy meals on either of two patios—one in the front, facing the sea, and one in the back overlooking the garden with olive trees, pine trees, fruit trees, and pergola with grape vines, gardenias, bougainvilleas, etc. The house is equipped with air-conditioning, a modern kitchen with all amenities and appliances, satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a lovely stone balcony overlooking the bay, just meters from the waves, and a gate leading directly to the beach. The sea in front of the house is very nice for swimming, with a small pier. It is a perfect stay for small families and friends.

Other bedroom furniture Master bedroom is spacious (about 21 sq. meters) and peaceful, with lovely details such as the traditional stone floor and the façade of a former brick oven in the wall, now used as a charming shelf. Windows look out into the patio/garden area, with various fruit, evergreen and palm trees, and into the pergola, with it’s grape arbor and flowering bushes. Room also has a large desk, and two closets with drawers. The bed is 1.95/1.5meters, and there are bedside tables on either side. There is air-conditioning.

Other bedroom furniture Smaller bedroom (about 10 sq. meters), with two single beds, is bright and cheerful during the daytime, with a high ceiling and a row of glass blocks that allow the sun in. (There is also a shade for this, to block out the sun.) Another window looks out onto the seaside patio and the sea beyond. (You can hear the waves at night.) There is a bureau with drawers and shelves, and a bookshelf. The beds are 1.95/0.9 meters, and there is air-conditioning.
