This charming cottage has been beautifully restored to provide modern comforts while preserving the intrinsic character of the old fisherman's cottage. Just steps from the beach and all the enticing shops and restaurants of Whitstable this cottage is ideally placed for enjoying the fabulous North Kent Coast and tasting the locally caught fish as well as the world famous oysters. Whitstable is a magnet for artists and more are expected from April 2011 when the new Turner Contemporary Gallery is scheduled to open in Margate.
One hour free parking on street outside, longer term in nearby car park. The stairs are fairly steep, as is usual with this type of cottage. The bedroom on the second floor is accessed through the single bedroom on the first floor.
