Grocers 1 km, restaurant 200 m, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course 7 km, tennis 500 m, cable car 12 km, ski lift 12 km, ski bus stop 300 m, cross-country ski trail 100 m. There is a large garden by the house with direct access to a stream which you can cool off in. A little further along the stream is a quiet spot, ideal for bathing. There is a natural bathing beach approx. 3 km away and the new adventure world in Abersee is only 5 km away.
