This very spacious four bedroom villa with room for eight guests has been finished to a high standard and furnished to emphasize the quality. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and built-in wardrobes while the additional three bedrooms are upstairs. Here the double master bedroom also with built-in wardrobes has the additional advantage of an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds and built-in wardrobes. Furthermore all bedrooms are air-conditioned, as are the lounge, dining area and lobby. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator and freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all kinds of cooking utensils. An open space living room with a cozy sofa in which you can relax while watching your favorite channels on satellite TV or your preferred DVD movies. A large dining table fits eight people.

Outside the pool area is surrounded by a lovely landscaped garden full of Cypriot pots, palm trees and flowers. Garden chairs and a table as well as sunbeds and a parasol await you in front of the refreshing swimming pool. For added convenience there is a poolside shower and a built-in barbeque area.

Kapparis is one of the best holiday resorts on the east coast of Cyprus. Over the last few years it has grown from a small village into a thriving community. With a great selection of bars and some real nice restaurants including a Chinese take-away and a traditional chip shop Kapparis makes a great family resort. It is ideally situated for access to the main town of Paralimni and is only about 6 km from the bustling resort of Protaras. Tourists enjoy beautiful sandy coves like Fireman's beach which looks out towards the ghost town of Famagusta. There is plenty of nightlife to keep younger members of the family entertained. And if you want to party until dawn the famous party resort of Ayia Napa is only about a twenty minutes bus ride away.
