This luxury villa is superbly located with stunning sea views from the master bedroom and terrace. The main living area is raised above the ground level with access to the terrace and beautifully landscaped garden with pool, barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. There are lovely patio chairs and a big family table outside where you can sit under a pergola relaxing and enjoying your holidays. The accommodation consists of an open space living room where you can relax on a cozy sofa in front of the television, watching your favorite channels on satellite TV or your favorite DVD movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all kinds of cooking utensils. In the dining area you will find a long table and chairs to comfortably seat eight persons. There are three bedrooms on the top floor and one on the below main floor. One of them is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower room. The rest of the bedrooms all have single beds.
