This stylishly restored farmhouse is situated on a hillside, with a wide view of the High Tiber Valley. The lower level leads to the partly covered panoramic terrace (pizza oven!) and includes a large tavern with arches, an open fireplace, as well as a professionally equipped kitchen. The upper level has a separate entrance on the ground floor from the hillside and includes several bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom, some even with their own kitchenette. The comfortable chestnut furniture is decorated in rural style and fits the cotto and/or natural stone floors and timber ceiling perfectly. From the pool outside you have a great panoramic view. Wherever on the property you are, this holiday home has its special charm and has always been attractive to painters. The house is part of a 300 ha property with several privately situated small farmhouses (see 130375, 253200 and 315317) and deer running wild; a special experience for children. The pool is open from mid April to October. Unpaved access road, not suitable for a bus.
