The app. is situated not afar from the centre of the "sunshine village" Terenten. It is located on the main floor (parterre), has a kitchenette, a bathroom with a showerbox and a sleepingroom suited for 2 persons. The second room, outside the main app., but still on the main floor, may accomodate another 2 persons, if necessary. It might be used as a living room as well, in case that there should be two guests only.
