Die Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof und zur Talstation der Bergbahnen Motta Naluns befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bogn Engiadina Scuol und das Dorfzentrum ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die südwestliche Ausrichtung der Wohnung bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Unterengadiner Berge. Die 2 1/2 Zimmerwohnung mit einer Fläche von 60 m2 besteht aus einem Doppelschlafzimmer, einer Dusche-WC, einem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und einer offenen modernen Küche. In 1954 the Engiadina Basse Museum Association bought today’s Heritage Museum of the Lower Engadine, which is located in the lower old part of Scuol on the “Plaz”. The rooms, which have been kept in their original arrangement and shape, are now home to numerous decorations and commodities and visitors are given lots of interesting information on the culture and early way of life of the Lower Engadine population.
