The prettiest part of Meiringen, we have prepared a 3-room apartments for 1-6 (-8) persons (65m2, two bedrooms). Even dogs (cats) are welcome and will feel comfortable here.
The property is situated on a low-traffic, quiet place in the pace of 30km / h zone on the outskirts of the famous and fog-free recreation and tourism resort Meiringen (neighboring town of Grindelwald), in the holiday-vacation Brienz-Meiringen-Hasliberg Haslital in the Bernese Oberland. The Meiringen-Hasliberg are only 7-8, the village center within 8-10 minutes walking distance.
The large 65m2, with 4 out of 5 stars classified apartment is on the ground floor and includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen (with all that is often encountered - even fully automatic coffee machine), bathroom with tub and shower facility. Radio-TV with cable and Internet access via wireless LAN is also not lacking. The fenced-in lawn area of 50m2 with large covered patio and magnificent mountain views, is only available to you (with direct access from the living room).
For your reserved parking spaces are available directly from the apartment entrance. The property is reached by a road lined with a driving ban, all year round without any problems (only shuttle service or local residents or guests allowed). If you travel by train, you will be picked up at the station Meiringen and for the return trip back down (luggage).
A variety of leisure and sports facilities and awareness of tradition and cultural characteristics, are the impressive features of the holiday region in the heart of Switzerland. The summer and winter sports and hiking area Meiringen-Hasliberg impresses with the high alpine scenery of the Bernese Oberland. The holiday Region Brienz-Meiringen-Hasliberg, Haslital with Meiringen as its capital, is located between Interlaken and Lucerne in the eastern Bernese Oberland. The valley is nestled between the passes Brünig, Susten and Grimsel, near the geographical center of Switzerland.
To Haslital take you from all directions by rail or road.
Meiringen with about 4000 inhabitants is a great starting point for many activities in all seasons. In the summer, hiking, climbing and excursion paradise in the winter is an ideal winter resort, climbing and tennis court, indoor pool, ice art and the natural ice rink and the famous ski resort Meiringen-Hasliberg right outside the front door.
In a few minutes drive from the village center with about 25 restaurants (pizzerias, pubs, discos, etc.) regional shopping centers (MM, Coop) retail and specialty stores (bakeries with coffee, food, clothes, shoes, pharmacies and drug stores, dairies, butchers, flowers, electronics, computer, photo, souvenirs, etc.) banks, museums, cinema, rental locations of all the usual sports equipment and electric cars and bicycles.
