Sunny and warm 1 bedroom vacation rental apartment with deck and garden close to all amenities. Large open plan living area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, deck with bbq, quiet garden with hammocks, trampoline and sandpit. The apartment was built in 2005, and refurnished in 2011. The separate bedroom features a queen size bed and a chest of drawers. The sofa in the lounge can be converted into a queen size bed. The apartment can therefore host up to 4 people, but the recommended occupation is 1-3 person. We can always accommodate one additional person in the separate garden house which is available on request. The holiday house is conveniently located with buses and trains in walking distance. Direct buses and trains connect to Auckland city (25 mins) and New Lynn (10 mins). It is only 2 minutes to the new southwestern motorway with direct access to Auckland International Airport (15 mins). You can also reach the stunning west coast beaches Kare-Kare and Piha within 25–30 minutes.
