Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and shower. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath-room, bath/WC. Large terrace, large garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Lovely view of the garden. Please note: non-smokers only.

Nice, rustic, comfortable villa "Calinou". Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Stavelot, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: nice, well-kept garden 1'200 m2 with lawn 1'000 m2. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture. In the house: Wireless LAN [WLAN], central heating. Communal covered parking by the house. Grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Circuit Spa-Francorchamps 3 km, Thermen van Spa 19 km, Museum Ardennenoffensief in La Gleize 10 km. The house is situated on the hillocks of Stavelot (450 m above sea level). Washing machine and freezer for shared use in the garage . First floor is closed and is occasionally occupied by the owner. Please infom the keyholder 1 day prior to your approximate arrival time. Late arrivals are only possible in consultation with the keyholder. For arrival after 19h00, the key will be in the masterbox.
