1 Wohnstube mit Bettsofa und grosser Kunst, Radio und TV. Wohnküche mit Glaskeramik in Kombination mit Holz, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Racletteofen, Kaffemaschine, Geschirr für 4 Personen. Kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Lavabo. Zentralheizung. Sitzplatz im Garten. Seperater Eingang. Parkplatz beim Haus.
100m hinter dem Haus beginnt das Naherholungsbebiet mit schönen Wander + Bikerwegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das bekannte Musikautomaten-Museum Seewen, die Altstadt Laufen, Burgen, Ruinen, grandiose Wasserfälle, Schluchten, u.v.m. sind nahe am Ferienort.
Einkaufszentrum im Nachbarsdorf mit Aerzten , Apotheken, div. Banken Migros, Coop, Post. Das Kantonsspital ist 10 km entfernt.
Fehren Kanton Solothurn, im Schwarzbuebenland liegt 600 müM, oberhalb der Nebelgrenze, ist ländlich gelegen und trotzdem nahe der Stadt Basel. D.h. 25 Automin. oder 40 Min. mit dem ÖV. Bushaltestelle 2 Min. vom Studio entfernt.
Aufgrund der Stadtnähe ist es ideal für Messeaussteller, Geschäftsleute, aber auch Feriengäste welche die Ruhe der Natur schätzen, aber trotzdem etwas Unterhaltung wünschen.
